UK Inspection Systems x-ray test cards are designed for use with industrial x-ray inspection systems during routine quality assurance checks, machine installation, and annual calibrations. Unlike standard metal detection test pieces, x-ray cards work on density rather than conductivity — making them the correct choice for verifying x-ray machine performance. Conforming with latest auditing codes of practice legislation.

Supplied with a certificate of conformity as standard, and manufactured using FDA authorised food safe plastic conforming to EU regulation requirements. Each card is serialised for full traceability.

Cards can contain various types of contaminants at once. Single card and multi ball bearing cards available.
