Typical breakdown issues we solve:
NOT DETECTING METAL (test pieces)
During routine testing of metal detector for defined test pieces, the product passes through without registering detection, stopping the conveyor stop or rejects one or more contaminant pieces.
FLUCTUATING DYNAMIC WEIGHING (underweight/overweight)
Unstable or sporadic dynamic weighing from product to product causing underweight and/or overweight readings with high reject rates and waste. e.g. difficulty maintaining stable calibration.
INCORRECT STATIC WEIGHING (out-of-calibration)
During routine calibration of weigh table or scale platform, weight displayed does not match known calibrated test weights, e.g. faulty load or weigh cell, mechanical set-up.
