What is a moisture analyser and why should you have one?

When commercial ovens are used in manufacturing, moisture analysers, sometimes called "moisture balances", are used to confirm they deliver the food at the recommended moisture level. Plainly, balances are programmable benchtop instruments that perform evaluations on food samples prior, during or after packaging. The programming recognises the change in weight before and after drying, providing critical data for quality control.
Therefore they are indispensable tools in modern labs.
